二、培养目标及特色

培养德、智、体、美全面发展,具备城市管理、城市规划和城市建设技术与知识,能够在城市设施建设与管理、城市公共资源交易与招投标管理等相关领域的城市公共管理部门、企事业单位、城市服务机构从事城市设施运营、城市公共服务监管、城市更新治理等工作的复合创新型卓越人才。

本专业依托学校土木建筑学科优势,以公共管理、城市规划、土木工程为依托,培养适应我国新型城镇化、北京功能定位需要的城市公共项目的管理者、城市基础设施运营者和城市公共服务提供者。

II. Educational Objectives and Features

This program aims to foster qualified graduates for the China’s new-type urbanization construction and the local synchronized development strategy of Jing-Jin-Ji area. Students in this program are expected to acquire an all-around development in morality, intelligence, physique and aesthetic, and have a good knowledge and practical skills in urban management, urban planning and urban construction. Graduates from this program are qualified at innovative tasks and positions of public affair management, law enforcement, public facility operation, public project evaluation, and related urban management sections, e.g., urban public policy, public infrastructure management, and public service positions.
