1.专业通识能力

掌握马克思主义和中国特色社会主义理论体系的基本知识，掌握本专业领域一般性的学科知识体系，树立科学的世界观、人生观和价值观，具有调整身心健康的能力，具有良好的道德修养、社会公德、职业道德和严谨的科学态度。

通过法学专业教育、训练，掌握城市建设与管理基础知识、建设工程法律法规和政策，提高学生的法律职业素养和职业能力，具备解决城市建设和管理领域应对常见法律问题和建筑、房地产等相关领域法律问题的能力。

1.
